Changing or Canceling Your Order

For details on our Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy, please see the Information About Returns section of the website. This section details your options to change or cancel an existing order and explains why an order may end up cancelled.

  2. To change or cancel your order:

    • Changes and Cancellations should be requested within 1 hour of purchase, however are not guaranteed.

    • Contact our Consumer Care Center at (800) 999-3436, Monday thru Friday, 8am - 6pm EST.

    • Contacting us via email is NOT recommended.

  3. If you're not 100% satisfied with any item, the Corelle Brands LLC Consumer Care Center will process the return or replacement of items sold through our E-Commerce Website site or our Consumer Care Center for a full refund minus the original shipping and handling charges. If the item is no longer offered, a refund will be processed. Products must be unused and in the original packaging and must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be returned for a refund through our Consumer Care Center or at any of our CORNINGWARE CORELLE & More Stores. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.

  4. We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery, if you are requested to return your product.

  5. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

    • Item(s) not available

    • Difficulty in processing your payment information

    • Cannot ship to address provided

    • Duplicate order was placed

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact our Consumer Care Center at (800) 999-3436 for a recommendation.
